The Foundation’s assets consist of an initial capital of any amount. These assets must remain intact, and any income generated from them may only be used to fulfill the Foundation’s purpose. Donations to the Foundation will be added to the assets unless specified for immediate use.
Use of Funds
The Foundation’s funds are strictly for the purposes outlined in the statutes. No individual may benefit from expenses unrelated to the Foundation’s mission or receive excessively high compensation.
The Board of Trustees consists of 7 members.
The Executive BoardThe Executive Board represents the Foundation both in and out of court. It manages the Foundation’s affairs, ensuring the proper administration of its assets and the achievement of its objectives.
Administrative CouncilThe Board of Trustees, composed of [number] members, oversees the activities of the Executive Board and provides advice on significant matters. It elects the members of the Executive Board and has the authority to dismiss them in case of serious breaches of their duties.
Amendment of the StatutesAmendments to the statutes are allowed only if they are necessary to better fulfill the Foundation’s purposes. The Board of Trustees must approve any amendments with a majority of percentage.
Dissolution of the FoundationIn the event of the Foundation’s dissolution or cancellation, or if it ceases to serve tax-privileged purposes, its assets will be transferred to another tax-privileged organization. This organization must use the assets directly and exclusively for charitable or benevolent purposes in line with the Foundation’s objectives.
Entry into ForceThese statutes will come into force once they are approved by the competent foundation supervisory authority.
